As a 26-year veteran classroom teacher, I design enjoyable Reiki trainings, from level 1 to Reiki Teacher (Level 3) to match your specific learning style just as the founder, Mikao Usui, did for his students. I teach Reiki to those seeking to develop a deeper spiritual practice, who desire to help others, and who long to contribute to the planet in a bigger way. Learning from Indigo
I teach Reiki fully and completely, combining the Western practice with the Traditional Japanese System of Reiki, Usui Reiki Ryoho which is overflowing with the beautiful rituals and teachings, chants, and meditations Mikao Usui taught his students.
In this training I provide, you will feel the power of healing and personal growth as Usui Sensei did using his own culture to form the foundation of his teachings. Learning Reiki at Indigo Healings is receiving the gift of many lineages, the research compiled by the top Reiki Teachers in the world, and the pure energy of my sincere desire to walk you through the sacred material.

Reiki
Level 1
In Reiki Level 1, students learn its history and how to integrate the core values of Reiki into every day living, Developing a relationship with who you are and who you are meant to be, and opens up communication to your true self without judgment and outside influences.
The original system of Reiki was based on following traditional practices that enhance your intuition and ability to trust the energy can feel.
We discuss the importance and reasons for incorporating the meditations and chanting from the system of Usui Reiki Ryoho into a daily routine.
This is the key to building your foundation and connection to your own inner knowing. It is a beautiful, grounded way to practice and foster a daily routine no matter your profession or healing modality. It is perfect for anyone interested in wanting to develop a daily spiritual practice with everything all in place!
INCLUDED ON LEVEL 1:
You receive an attunement (or Reiju as it is known in the Usui Reiki Ryoho tradition) to Reiki, the ritual that welcomes and blesses you into the lineage.
As a participant of Level 1, you gain the knowledge to give yourself a Reiki treatment as well as the daily practices that show us the way to inner peace.

Reiki
Level 2
In Reiki Level 2, you are taught the aspects of going deeper into your own Reiki practice for emotional and mental healing so that you are more prepared for sharing Reiki with others if you choose. This is accomplished by learning and practicing the 3 sacred Reiki symbols. This level of Reiki enhances your meditation practice which is meant to take you more powerfully into your soul and your intuition and understanding of oneness.
You learn about 3 Reiki symbols that provide you with a deeper connection to symbolic energy and how to use that for centering and balancing YOURSELF during meditations and sessions.
You also learn that there is no distance to people, places, or situations. Space and time are not necessary to consider supporting others with Reiki or as Being Reiki.
INCLUDED ON LEVEL 2:
Level 2 enables the student to offer Reiki professionally.
It also focuses on the realization that there is no time or space, that we are all here together connecting as One.
This training provides you with the opportunity to go deeper into your understanding of your true self so you may assist others more compassionately.

Printouts showing how to draw and use the 3 symbols

Reiki
Level 3
Advanced Reiki Training, level 3, as with each level, offers you the blessing of reaching more deeply into your personal and spiritual development. This class will provide you with the skills and Reiki Master symbol you need if you choose to teach and initiate others to Reiki. Reiki Level 3 is the study and significance of the 4th Reiki symbol and how its essence permeates through every teaching and concept. We dive further into using the system to first embody before sharing with the world. We must first be the grounded, stable, compassionate student before we begin teaching. As a student of this level at Indigo Healings, the system of Reiki is reviewed, practiced, and integrated into every day life with ease and consistency. Our goal is to support you as you strengthen and confidently develop your embodiment of the teachings and meditations taught by Mikao Usui himself.
This level teaches one to fully let go of ego and needing to be the teacher, to living with ease unattached to anger and worry or to the idea that you must have the answer. Life is a mystery and you are here to find the connection to flow and trust.
INCLUDED ON LEVEL 3:
How to teach and live the Reiki concepts if you choose to teach and initiate others to Reiki. Reiki Level 3 is the study and significance of the 4th Reiki symbol and how its essence permeates through every teaching and concept.
We dive further into using the system to first embody before sharing with the world. We must first be the grounded, stable, compassionate student before we begin teaching.
As a student with me at this level of the system of Reiki, we review, practice, and integrate the teachings into everyday life with ease and consistency.
My goal is to support you as you strengthen and confidently develop your embodiment of the teachings and meditations taught by Mikao Usui himself.
This level is also a very powerful personal development tool that connects you to your higher self and that wisdom that only YOU can unleash. Master level training opens your heart, and you will feel a stronger bond to a higher consciousness.

Meditation, grounding, and expansion exercises
Master Symbol and the studying of its Kanji interpretation and importance to the system of Reiki
