Receiving Reiki training is as deep a cleansing healing as a Reiki session. Energy blocks are released and overall body balancing takes place.
I teach Reiki fully and completely, combining the Western practice with the Japanese Reiki System which is overflowing with beautiful rituals and ceremony.

The foundation of Reiki is self-care and a relationship with balance, mindfulness, and clarity. In Reiki Level 1, students learn its history and how to integrate the core values of Reiki into every day living.
Both the original intuitive energy reading skills and the Western Reiki hand positions are incorporated into the curriculum. You receive an attunement (or Reiju as it is known in the Usui Reiki Ryoho tradition) to Reiki, the ritual that welcomes you into the lineage. As a participant of Level 1, you gain the knowledge to give yourself a Reiki treatment as well as learn to offer informal sessions to family, friends, and animals.
Reiki Level 1 focuses on naturally integrating the energy of Spirit into your daily routine. This, in turn, opens up communication to your True Self, that Divine light within you, without judgment and outside influences. Reiki 1 is about developing a relationship with who you are and who you are meant to be.
Each student receives:
A beautiful manual consisting of the esoteric and deep teachings and concepts of Traditional Japanese Reiki.
The handouts AND mp4’s of the Japanese Reiki meditation practices and chanting the 5 Reiki Precepts which are the
foundation teachings of Traditional Japanese Reiki, a daily spiritual practice focusing on you the spirtual seeker and student.
And a Reiki Level 1 Certificate.
This class is a total of 6 hours and qualifies as CEU’s (continuing education units) for Oregon License Massage Therapists.

Reiki Level 2 (Practitioner Training)
In Reiki Level 2, you are taught the aspects of going deeper into your own Reiki practice for emotional and mental healing so that you are more prepared for sharing Reiki with others if you choose.
You learn about 4 Reiki symbols that provide you with a deeper connection to symbolic energy and how to use that for centering and balancing YOURSELF during sessions.
You also learn how to send Reiki long-distance, to people, places, and situations across space and time (to the past and future as well). Level 2 enables the student to offer Reiki professionally. Reiki 2 focuses on the realization that there is no time or space, that we are all here together connecting as One. This training provides you with the opportunity to help others.
Each student receives:
Beautiful manual consisting of the deeper esoteric teachings of the traditional Japanese Reiki symbols
originally created to support and enhance you meditation practice and more profound connection to True Self.
Printouts showing how to draw the 3 symbols.
A Reiki Level 2 Certificate.
This class is a total of 6 hours and qualifies as CEU’s (continuing education units) for Oregon License Massage Therapists.

Reiki Master/Teacher
Advanced Reiki Training, as with each new attunement, offers you the blessing of reaching more deeply into your personal and spiritual development. This class will provide you with the skills and Reiki Master symbols you need if you choose to teach and attune others to Reiki.
This level is also a very powerful personal development tool that connects you to your higher self and that wisdom that only YOU can unleash. Master level training opens your heart, and you will feel a stronger bond to a higher consciousness.

William Rand’s Reiki Master manual,
Meditation, grounding, and protection exercises,
New tools for sharing Reiki with others,

Reiki Mentoring
So often, people tell me they have Reiki training but from a long time ago and they have forgotten “how to use it” since life got too busy.
Reiki is always with you. It is simply a matter of being called back to it and finding the time to rediscover its powerful significance in helping bring balance and focus into your life.
Here are 2 ways in which I offer the opportunity to reunite you with your connection to and love for Reiki:
1) Reiki Refresher Course- If you would like to emotionally re-align with and review the daily self practices and offering of Reiki. This includes:
* re-attunement to clear your energy
* reviewing the Japanese Reiki techniques including the Five Precepts and meditations to help you re- establish your daily Reiki practice
* walking through the preparation ritual for giving a Reiki session
* practicing hand positions and offering Reiki, in person and distance healing
